TCM -PM series sheet deburring edge rounding machine is mainly used for steel pieces or sheet's surface deburring,chamfering and fine surface finishing,such as sanding,brushing,workable for carbon steel plate,

This type of mechanical equipment is composed of 1-2 sand belts and4-8 roller brushes and is mainly used for cleaning the burr produced by the metal sheet after cutting or stamping. Equipment working principle

This equipment is a dry processing equipment, with magnetic or vacuum adsorption to fix the plate. The machine evenly removes burrs the surface of parts, contour edges and hole edges and edge rounding in a single pass by means of linearly processed sand belts and multiple sets of sand cloth filament wheels rotating in both directions. In addition, the grinding units can be operated individually to meet different process requirements.
